Table Indienne offers ready-to-cook kits for hassle-free Indian cooking, home cooking workshops to guide you and help you discover Indian traditions if you wish, and block printing workshops in Wittisheim. We also organize personalized trips to India for groups of 4 people or more, with optional accompaniment. We are a small family business based in Alsace, in Wittisheim.

Our kits have been designed to make Indian cooking accessible to everyone. They very often include only basic ingredients such as spices and lentils/rice, and anything that does not fall into the fresh produce category. You will therefore need to provide a few additional ingredients such as onions, garlic, tomatoes, depending on the recipes. All these ingredients to be procured are explicitly mentioned on our product pages. In the future, we plan to offer complete kits, but logistical complexity for fresh product delivery currently limits us to basic kits. Thank you for your understanding and we hope you will love our kits!

We offer Indian cooking classes at home, during which we will bring everything you need for meal preparation. The idea is to accompany you more than to cook for you; we will be there to support you in preparing the chosen meal, but you and your guests are strongly encouraged to actively participate in the complete preparation. We will bring kansa dinnerware, a metal traditionally used in India for its Ayurvedic properties, in which you can enjoy your meal. You can take the opportunity to discuss Indian traditions and culture with Mihika, who will be delighted to share her passion for Indian cuisine and culture.

We offer block printing workshops, a traditional Indian art that involves printing various and varied patterns on fabric using carved wooden blocks. Several formulas are available, and we advise you to start with an introduction to block printing course during which you can discover the techniques and put them into practice for about 1h30. You will leave with your creation and very good memories. If you are convinced by this experience, you can come back to practice independently or even get blocks and print whatever you want directly at home.

We deliver mainly in France and neighboring countries, but we also offer international deliveries if needed. We offer several delivery methods to satisfy the most impatient as well as the most patient: Mondial Relay, Chronopost, UPS for international shipments.

For block printing workshops and cooking classes, cash payment is greatly appreciated, but it is also possible to pay by credit card. For online orders, it is possible to pay by credit card, bank transfer, and via PayPal. You can also pay on site when you pick up your order if you live nearby.

All products in our ready-to-cook kits are certified organic: spices, lentils, etc. If some ingredients are not, we will explicitly mention it on the relevant product page.
