Indian cooking discovery bundles: multi-kit boxes for a complete meal

Our discovery bundles gather several of our Indian cooking kits into one box, so you can serve a full Indian meal from start to finish — aperitif, main course, side dish and cooling drink. The idea: turn your kitchen into an Indian table for one evening, without having to hand-pick every kit yourself.

What is a discovery bundle?

A bundle combines 4 to 5 of our kits, curated by Mihika so they work together on the table. Each kit keeps its own packaging, pre-measured spices and step-by-step recipe card — you decide the order to cook them in, or follow the full menu we suggest. It is the best way to get started with Indian cuisine, or to gift an Indian foodie gift box that stands out.

Our bundles

• A Night in Bombay — 4 kits for 4 people: Kerala Nendran banana chips, Butter Chicken, spiced rice, mango lassi. The Friday-night feast, allow about 1 h 30 to cook.
• A Thousand and One Flavours — 5 kits for 5 people: chicken Korma, vegetable Korma, prawn Biryani, spiced rice, mango lassi. The celebration dinner, allow about 2 hours.

Composition and freshness

Every bundle is packed to order in our Wittisheim workshop in Alsace, France. Spices are weighed and sealed by hand the day the order ships, so aromas stay intact when the box is opened. Detailed step-by-step recipe cards are included in the box — you just need to add the fresh ingredients listed (chicken, vegetables, yogurt, mango depending on the kits) to cook.
