    The Base: In a blender or a large bowl, add the yoghurt, pour in the cold water, then add the salt, cumin and ginger. Blend for 20 seconds or whisk vigorously until the texture is light and frothy.

    The Freshness: Add the chopped mint leaves and mix again for a few seconds.

    The Serving: Pour into two large glasses with a few ice cubes. Garnish with fresh mint, a pinch of roasted cumin, and a lemon slice (optional).

Tips

🌿 Use unsweetened plain yoghurt. The more water you add, the lighter the drink will be. Roasted cumin gives a softer, more aromatic flavour than raw ground cumin.
