Traditional copper neti pot for the Ayurvedic practice of Jala Neti (nasal hygiene). Handmade in India.
Traditional pure copper neti pot (lota), used for thousands of years in India for the practice of Jala Neti, a nasal cleansing technique from yoga and Ayurveda. Hand-made by Indian artisans.
Fill the pot with lightly salted lukewarm water (~37°C) (1 tsp of salt per 250 ml). Tilt your head sideways over a sink, insert the spout into the upper nostril and let the water flow through the lower nostril. Repeat on the other side. Blow your nose gently.
Capacity ~250 ml. Copper brings its natural antibacterial properties.
